Terms of Use

Castles and Sunsets Vacation Planning, L.L.C. offers retail travel services to clients, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. “Travel services” in this agreement refers to all transportation, accommodations, vacation packages, tours, tickets, travel insurance, or anything Castles and Sunsets Vacation Planning, L.L.C. books on clients’ behalf. 

 

Castles and Sunsets Vacation Planning, L.L.C. does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the travel services of the independent travel vendors. Hence, client agrees that Castles and Sunsets Vacation Planning, L.L.C.  acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing, and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit, and on the express condition that Castles and Sunsets Vacation Planning, L.L.C. shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection therewith.

 

Castles and Sunsets Vacation Planning, L.L.C. strives to provide the best recommendations for travel services but is not responsible for the actions, behaviors, and quality of service of the recommended tour company, tour operators, or independent vendors of travel services. Due to the volume of available options in planning an itinerary (including but not limited to flight schedules, accommodation locations and accommodation options such as room types), Castles and Sunsets Vacation Planning, L.L.C may not be able to present all of the available options when making recommendations. Castles and Sunsets Vacation Planning, L.L.C. strives to work together with the client to meet the travel needs of the client and will only book travel services once the client confirms and agrees to the proposed travel itinerary and pricing. 

 

Once travel services are booked, clients assume responsibility for the cancellation policy as stated by the vendors. Vendors have different cancellation policies. It is the client’s responsibility to review vendor cancellation policies. 

 

Castles and Sunsets Vacation Planning, L.L.C. recommends purchasing travel insurance for all travel. Clients assume and understand that there is a risk involved with travel and all related travel activities and/or excursions. Clients acknowledge being informed about options for travel insurance to which they can purchase or decline. 

 

Castles and Sunsets Vacation Planning, L.L.C. strives to find the best experiences and deals for clients and may monitor itineraries  for possible, but not guaranteed, discounts. In the event that transportation, accommodations, vacation packages are booked and a discount becomes available, if notified by the client, Castles and Sunsets Vacation Planning, L.L.C. will make an effort to help clients obtain a price adjustment; however, it is not a guarantee that the price adjustment will be honored by the vendor(s). Castles and Sunsets Vacation Planning, L.L.C is not responsible if the price cannot be adjusted by the vendor. 

 

Since Castles and Sunsets Vacation Planning, L.L.C. does not accept funds directly from clients and does not charge clients fees for services, Castles and Sunsets Vacation Planning, L.L.C. has the right to refuse service to anyone. Castles and Sunsets Vacation Planning, L.L.C. has the right to terminate services with a client traveler at any time. 

 

It is the client’s responsibility to check all itinerary and personal information upon receipt and verify all information is correct. Castles and Sunsets Vacation Planning, L.L.C. will not be responsible for omissions or errors if not brought to my attention immediately. All payment must be received by stated due dates to avoid cancellation by vendors.

 

Please note that U.S. citizens traveling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid U.S. passport. Passports must be valid for 6 months past the return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. Passengers are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper documents for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets. Please check the State Department website at https://travel.state.gov for further information. Immunizations may also be required. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government-imposed fines. If you are a citizen of another country, there may be additional requirements. Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of the destination you are traveling to and find out the entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens.
